Frequently Asked Questions
Standard delivery is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. This includes manufacturing time and scheduling delivery to your location. For urgent projects, we offer an express service (2-3 weeks) for an additional fee — just mention this when you contact us. Delivery is to ground floor or kerbside; we'll coordinate timing with you beforehand.
Yes, we offer professional installation in select areas (currently Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, and Meath). Installation pricing depends on the size and complexity of your wardrobe — typically €150-€400 for standard fitted wardrobes. For areas outside our coverage, we provide detailed fitting instructions and can recommend trusted local installers. Just ask us about your county and we'll confirm availability.
Absolutely. Our wardrobes are designed for both professional and DIY installation. You'll receive comprehensive fitting instructions, and all panels come pre-drilled with hardware included. A competent DIYer with basic tools (drill, spirit level, tape measure) can typically complete installation in 4-8 hours depending on size. We're also available by phone or email if you need guidance during fitting.
The live price includes the complete wardrobe unit: all carcass panels, shelves, hanging rails, soft-close hinges, handles, and internal fittings you've selected. It also includes delivery to your address. Installation is quoted separately if required. VAT is included in all displayed prices — no hidden extras.
We take a 30% deposit at checkout to confirm your order, paid securely via Stripe (card or Apple/Google Pay). The remaining 70% is due before production begins — you can pay this by bank transfer or card. We'll send you a confirmation email with payment details and won't start manufacturing until the balance is cleared.
Our wardrobes use 18mm moisture-resistant chipboard with melamine facing for the carcass, available in a range of finishes (white, oak, grey, beige, and more). Doors are available in matching melamine, painted MDF, or mirror finishes. All hardware is from trusted European suppliers with soft-close mechanisms as standard. We can discuss bespoke material options for trade customers.
Minor changes (finish colours, handle styles) can usually be accommodated within 48 hours of ordering at no extra cost. After production begins, changes become difficult and may incur additional charges. We always send a final confirmation with full specifications before manufacturing starts — this is your last chance to review everything.
Most walls have some imperfections — it's completely normal. Our wardrobes include adjustable feet and scribe fillers that allow for up to 20mm adjustment to accommodate uneven walls and floors. During the design phase, we recommend measuring at multiple points and using the smallest dimension. If you're concerned, send us photos and measurements and we'll advise.
Yes, we have trade accounts for joiners, installers, kitchen fitters, and interior designers. Benefits include preferential pricing, priority support, and the ability to create and share designs with your clients directly. Apply through our Trade page or contact us with details of your business — we typically approve accounts within 1-2 business days.
All wardrobes come with a 5-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. Soft-close mechanisms and hardware are warranted for 2 years. Because each wardrobe is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but we work closely with you during the design phase to ensure you're completely happy before production. If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost.
